Recent Scholarship
My research uses organizational rhetoric, communication, and public relations theory to shed light on issues of culture and diversity in general and issues of race, class, and gender specifically. My future research will use communication theories to explore some of the issues that marginalized or underrepresented publics can and do encounter and the strategies that are available to them to challenge these issues.
